While each client has their individual circumstance, most of our clients typically experience similar phases in their coaching experience. Here’s what you can expect.
Day 1-30: You’re still hesitant but are starting to feel a little bit stronger and more confident, but aren’t seeing a lot of physical changes.
Day 31-60: You're even stronger, can see decent physical changes and you're getting lots of compliments from coworkers, friends, and family which is building your confidence.
Day 61-90: You’re even stronger than before, your body has changed significantly and you’re getting consistent and ecstatic comments from people around you.
90 and Beyond: The longer you continue with this the more your body will change and the greater positive impact on your health & fitness as a lifestyle.

At the end of 6 months, you and your Rockstar Coach will decide your personal next steps together!
Our most successful clients get the best results when they make a serious decision to go the distance and REALLY make progress. They understand that real body & mind transformation takes consistency, patience, and time.

RTF 1:1 Coaching Requirements
Can dedicate a minimum of 45 minutes for workouts 3x per week
Your customized plan will be for home workouts or gym workouts (What works for YOU)
You must know how to track your food intake or be familiar with macro counting to some degree (or be willing to learn) *no exceptions - you don’t have to exactly know how but you have to be willing to learn
Not looking for a quick-fix or cookie-cutter meal plan. We work with clients who are looking for real & lasting change
No “ghosting” and not communicating along the way
Give your 100% best effort and be willing to do a weekly check-in form
Must be willing to make your health & fitness a top priority
Ready to tackle your health & fitness to be your very best healthy & fit self?
