We will always keep it real with a sound & proven scientific approach! 

You will be given simple to follow guidance with on going support & accountability every step of the way.  We know that you are done with killing yourself in the gym, starving your body of needed nutrients to build muscle and you feel burned out and exhausted with no real results to show for it! 

That’s why when we work with you inside Rock That Fitness, we take all the guesswork out of reaching your specific goals so you can implement an effective structured strength program, knowing exactly what to do week after week, put into place simple nutrition principles for sustainable fat loss, learn to trust the process AND yourself to finally achieve lasting results.

Our Approach to a strong & athletic body is Simple

Nutrition

Our bodies are starving for the nutrition that real foods provide for an efficient metabolism. Part of making our nutrition work is finding the balance, enjoy REAL foods but not restrict us from the FUN foods that are just part of the fun in life! Let’s throw out the diet mentality and find what really works for life! Inside RTF you will implement a simple to understand calorie & macro approach that will give you all your power back when it comes to enjoying all foods! 

Strength

It doesn’t take hours in the gym to build muscle and get stronger!  Inside RTF you will execute an effective strength training program delivered via the RTF app for your choice of a 3 day or 4 day split.  You get to  choose a Dumbbell & Band based program or a Full Gym Access program on a schedule that fits YOUR life!.

Mindset

There are many fitness programs that may get some results. However, in order to stay consistent & keep moving forward toward lasting change it's important to break free from self limiting beliefs and reprogram old thinking and establish new healthy habits & behaviors! THE ROCKSTAR MINDSET piece of Rock That Fitness is what sets us apart from all others!

Strength

It doesn’t take hours in the gym to achieve fitness conditioning and body goals. We believe in a balanced approach of 3 days a week strength training and 2 days a week of enjoying your favorite cardio activity. But we must add that strength training is the secret to shaping your body.

Mindset

There are many fitness programs that will get results. But to stay consistent, keep moving forward toward lasting change it's important to shift our mindset. Time to throw out the "all or nothing" thinking! Conditioning our mind is key when it comes to lasting change in your health and fitness routines for life.

Meet Coach Abby

I’ve been a trainer and coach for over 10 years helping 100s of clients transform.

I’m a Nationally ranked powerlifter and a former figure competitor with a background as a physical therapist.

I struggled for many years with my relationship with food, binge eating, depression, anxiety, and pretty low self-confidence. I was able to overcome all of these and now have an extreme passion for helping others do the same.

My mission is to help people achieve fit and healthy bodies with simple methods, strength training, and a flexible approach to not just get results, but keep them for life.

I want you to become the absolute best version of YOU! To be educated and give you the tools and ability to be able to include the best nutrition and training methods to fit into your individual lifestyle.

Becoming fit, healthy, strong, and looking better naked should not mean you need to sacrifice food, family, life, friends, and everything that’s important to you in order to achieve those goals.

I'm a 53 years young mom of 3 adult kiddos and married to the greatest Country Boy in the world. I'm the lead singer of my cover band here in Corpus Christi and love to entertain! I love being active with strength training, running and cycling and enjoy hiking, camping and the beach.

I haven't always been this strong, athletic & fit!  I definitely haven't always had the mindset to maintain it, either.

I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I can't even count how many times I have lost and gained weight. My last and final time to lose weight was through WW at the beginning of 2017 for a loss of over 60 pounds. However, I have moved beyond diets to dial in what it takes to not just KEEP THE FAT OFF, but maintain a strong fit physique through structured strength training & proper nutrition.  I'm ready to help YOU do the same! 

I discovered that my passion for health and fitness extends far beyond myself and this is the reason I left my beloved nursing position in 2019 to serve women as a strength & nutrition coach.

It brings me great joy to help other women like myself who have come to a place of being sick and tired of being sick and tired and are ready to finally make the changes necessary for a lifetime of healthy & fit living!

You can eat clean and exercise all you want but if you don't get your mindset where it needs to be you won't reach your goals! I will be 54 yrs young in less then a month and I feel AWESOME!

My name is Debbie. I started Rock that Fitness on July 4th. (It's now September). I‘m on my way to completing Rock that Rhythm 2 Workout Plan.

I used to be in a running group & ran 6 marathons, many 10Ks, & many half marathons. I’m unable to do group activities inside & outside due to the Pandemic & fires on the west coast.

Since starting this program, I can now be consistent in my training. I feel stronger & I have some weight loss. If I haven’t done my scheduled activity for the day, the app will notify me.

People have asked me about what I do to keep active since we are in this pandemic & our recent poor air quality & I tell them about this program, which I love. I’m glad I was invited to this program. I needed a consistent trainer, but I didn’t want to spend that kind of money. It’s affordable & I love it!
