In this episode, I talk about how you can set goals for your 2023 fitness journey!

I want to highlight how I used to make goals which helped me accomplish many things in the past but I also want to talk about how I approach making goals differently today!

I had to get really vulnerable with this topic in order to reflect on the many layers of my journey that have led me to where I am today. I had to really dig deep to understand my current process of goal setting while also acknowledging my past experiences.
