Rockstar Retreat 2026

A 4-day immersive, in-person retreat for high-achieving women over 40 who are ready to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with their strength, clarity, and sense of self. Held May 14–17, 2026 at Lively Beach resort on Padre Island of Corpus Christi, Texas, this fully onsite experience blends intentional rest, nervous system regulation, hands-on strength training workshops, and powerful community connection.
