Hey, Girl! My name is Anna. I'm 52 years old. I have 3 kids. One is still home! ;) I am married to the greatest guy in the world. I'm the lead singer of my cover band here in Corpus Christi and love to entertain! I love being active with strength training, running and cycling and enjoy hiking, camping and the beach!
I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I can't even count how many times I have lost and gained weight. My last and final time to lose weight was through WW at the beginning of 2017 for a loss of over 60 pounds and I have been maintaining my weight loss and making improvements to in my body composition ever since.
My approach to fitness is simple. It doesn’t take hours in the gym to achieve fitness conditioning and body goals. I believe in a balanced approach of 3 days a week strength training and 2 days a week of enjoying your favorite cardio activity. Strength training is key for shaping our body/ Body composition/ Body Recomposition.
My approach to nutrition is simple. Eat real food and limit the processed stuff. Our bodies are starving for the nutrition that real foods provide; lean protein, whole grains, vegetables, fruits and healthy fats such as nuts and seeds. We need a balanced nutritional approach if we want to bring our body back into a balanced and efficient metabolism. Part of making our nutrition work is finding the balance, enjoying foods; not just “real” foods but those foods that are just part of the fun in life! Let’s throw out the diet mentality and find what really works for life! I will help you put into practice the Evidence Based Approach of Calories and macros so you will adopt the science behind nutrition and throw out quick fixes & diets! You will find food freedom & develop a healthy relationship with food for life as well as give your body the building blocks for building/ maintaining muscle and staying healthy!
My approach to mindset is simple. We keep learning about what makes us do what we do and recondition our thinking to support our goal of healthy and fit living.
I am an RN, BSN, veteran of USCG and NASM certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have a passion for health and fitness and helping other women realize they too can reach their own health and fitness goals and live their own unique healthy fit Rockstar life!

I have wanted to transform my body for 20+ yrs. I jumped at the chance to join RTF! I had been following Anna on WW Connect, then IG & FB and something just clicked with her and I felt she understood me & my struggles and I “hoped” this trainer would be different. And BOY IS SHE!!! :) 1st lesson I learned-”Trust the Process” And I continue to trust!
The guidance with eating clean has helped me lose fat & inches, along with the weightlifting which has helped me gain much desired muscle! I am working toward my fitness goals and I KNOW I will reach them. Why? Because one of my favorite parts of RTF is Anna's focus on MINDSET! This is what has been missing all along for me in the past! You can eat clean and exercise all you want but if you don't get your mindset where it needs to be you won't reach your goals! I will be 54 yrs young in less then a month and I feel AWESOME!

My name is Debbie. I started Rock that Fitness on July 4th. (It's now September). I‘m on my way to completing Rock that Rhythm 2 Workout Plan.
I used to be in a running group & ran 6 marathons, many 10Ks, & many half marathons. I’m unable to do group activities inside & outside due to the Pandemic & fires on the west coast.
Since starting this program, I can now be consistent in my training. I feel stronger & I have some weight loss. If I haven’t done my scheduled activity for the day, the app will notify me. Anna is a positive motivator & provides support if you have any questions or concerns about this program. She inspires me!
People have asked me about what I do to keep active since we are in this pandemic & our recent poor air quality & I tell them about this program, which I love. I’m glad I was invited to this program. I needed a consistent trainer, but I didn’t want to spend that kind of money. It’s affordable & I love it!
