Hey Girl, Iâm Anna and if youâre here, youâre likely ready to stop starting over.
Iâm 55, a mom of three grown kids, married to an amazing Country Boy, and the lead singer of a cover band in Corpus Christi. I love strength training, being active, and living life fully... but this didnât come easily or automatically.
For most of my adult life, I struggled with my weight and consistency. I lost and gained the same pounds more times than I can count. In 2017, I lost over 60 pounds but the real transformation came when I stopped chasing diets and started changing my identity.
Today, I help women over 40 move beyond temporary results and build lasting strength, confidence, and consistency through structured training, sustainable nutrition, and powerful mindset work.
This isnât about becoming someone new.
Itâs about becoming who youâre meant to be.
And Iâd be honored to guide you there.

Before RTF, Iâd go all in, but the second something was even a little âoff,â it all went out the window.
Now I know it doesnât have to be perfect. Itâs okay to plan for indulgences⌠and itâs okay if they just happen sometimes.
The real win is that I keep at it ..with my workouts, my water, and my nutrition, even when itâs not perfect.
