I went to extremes.. and did not fully understand what my body really needed to maintain results. I also never had a structured plan. I just did what i âthoughtâwas right.  Now, with RTF, consistently. With the RTF way, Iâm seeing my body changing in the direction I thought was never possible!
For the first time, Iâm not trying to rush the process.
Iâm finally learning to trust myself.
I feel proud of who Iâm becoming, and Iâm not done yet

Before Rock That Fitness, any dieting and exercise routines were short lived. If I didnât see progress right away, I would quit. The cycle continued, and any weight I lost would always come back plus more!
Anna emphasized progress over perfection and helped me ditch the all-or-nothing mindset. Tracking my food, doing my strength training, and working on my mindset are now second nature. I have a whole new lease on life!

I LOVE the workout programs with RTF, but for me, the mental aspect of what I have learned through this program is the component that has previously been missing in my success. I feel like RTF has taken a world of stress off of me. I am no longer worried about a timeline.
This is just who I am and what I do now. I love that I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years, and that I donât feel deprived. I highly recommend Coach Anna and Rock That Fitness!!

Before RTF, Iâd go all in, but the second something was even a little âoff,â it all went out the window.
Now I know it doesnât have to be perfect. Itâs okay to plan for indulgences⌠and itâs okay if they just happen sometimes.
The real win is that I keep at it ..with my workouts, my water, and my nutrition, even when itâs not perfect.
