How it works!
Every Saturday for 6 weeks you are given access to new lessons via video, printable notes and actionable homework on nutrition, fitness & mindset to implement that week.
Every Sunday at 4pm Central we have a 1 hour plus question time Zoom Coaching Call where we discuss the week prior and you have full access to myself and Coach Abby to answer all of your personal questions. There are a total of 6 Zoom Coaching Calls. (yes, recorded for replay)
Your weekly homework is your opportunity to put into action simple steps to help you establish your healthy habits & gain confidence & control of your fitness.
In week 2, you will be given access and guidance on the user friendly Rock That Fitness Strength training App to begin your strength training (beginning or intermediate programming you can do from home or the gym).
You will have access to a private members only Facebook group to help you stay accountable, post your personal questions and receive ongoing support & encouragement throughout the week.
